Whitespace Work Software Ltd is pleased to announce that we have been awarded a Waste Management contract with Eastleigh Borough Council.
Our products will help the council streamline their services, increase the speed of processing data and provide accurate reporting on waste targets.
The Organisation
The Borough of Eastleigh is a local government district and borough in Hampshire, England. Eastleigh has a population of over 120,000 residents and a high population density.
The Challenge
The council has set goals to deliver excellent environment and minimise waste. They want to deploy the latest technology to enable them to manage their waste services better and more efficiently.
The Solution
Eastleigh Borough Council have used older versions of our products. The new deal will see a complete reimplementation of some of the existing products and the introduction of our new solutions.
The following products will be implemented by the council to achieve their goals:
Whitespace Municipal Waste – to meet the back-office requirements for managing household waste collections
Whitespace Commercial Waste – to support the management of Commercial Waste services and improve information capture
Whitespace Mobile – to link the crew to the back office and deliver the in-cab operations and vehicle checks
Whitespace Analytics – to provide end-users with easy to use business intelligence tools and management reporting capability
API – to integrate with the Council’s CRM system
