Whitespace Work Software Ltd is excited to announce it will be supporting Blaby District Council with their municipal and commercial waste management services.
The Organisation
Blaby is a local government district situated in the heart Leicestershire with a population of around 97,700 residents.
It was recently named one of the happiest districts to live in the UK and is famous for its ‘Outstanding Achievement Awards’ that recognises individuals or groups of people for their contribution to the local communities.
The Challenge
The previous management system software is no longer supported, and it didn’t accommodate real-time communication between waste management teams which lead to delays in resolving issues. Rounds were also paper based, resulting in inaccuracies and occasionally missing information.
The Solution
Whitespace’s solution enables information to flow in real-time between the waste management teams. Its digital forms capture the information, improving the quality of the data and communication between the teams, resulting in a better services for the local residents:
