For chargeable waste, digital forms can automatically calculate costs based on waste type and quantity. Payments can then be taken outside of the mobile application, with a reference number recorded or a photo of the receipt captured, creating a complete audit record.
A permit checker form allows site operatives to scan a barcode or enter a reference number to validate a visitor’s permit. The system displays relevant information, including whether the visitor is permitted to enter the site and what waste types they are authorised to deposit.
Once a permit has been used, it is automatically marked as consumed. If a visitor attempts to re-enter using the same permit, this is clearly visible to the operative at the gate.
