We provide installation and after-sales support to ensure devices are deployed and maintained effectively. This includes access to online support resources, engineering expertise and an end-to-end service to manage hardware requirements throughout the lifecycle of the fleet.
Using Whitespace hardware, teams can track vehicle location, send work directly to frontline crews and receive live updates from the field. We also support project and asset management for fleet installations, maintaining clear records of completed work, serial numbers, SIM details and device configuration.
To support successful adoption, we provide basic training on in-cab and telematics systems as standard, with additional advanced training available for teams or individuals where required.
