Whitespace has provided the council waste management solutions since 2011, and during this time we have developed a close working relationship.
The solution
Following the success of their Municipal and Commercial management solutions, the council have procured Whitespace Environmental to deliver their Street Cleansing Services. This allows Fife to mobilise the Street Cleansing teams and realise benefits such as:
- Increased Productivity – The ability to send work from the back office instantly to workers in the field.
- Improved Visibility & Customer Service – Improved visibility of workloads enabling residents to be greater informed.
- Reduced Mileage & Co2 – The ability to optimise tasks into the most efficient route order for the teams.
- Paper Saving – Mobilising forms and process that were previously completed on paper.
Whitespace’s system provides them with an automated, robust and reliable solution. The solution will be integrated into the Councils CRM system, enabling live information to flow in real-time between the teams, the back office staff, and residents.
