Whitespace Work Software are pleased to announce that after a successful implementation process, North Ayrshire Council have gone live with their upgraded Whitespace Commercial system and have embraced Whitespace Mobile as their in-cab solution.
The main challenge for North Ayrshire was to agree on what mobile device their drivers should use and when it is suitable to use it. They overcame this obstacle by equipping the drivers with Samsung Tablets, which are now used on a daily basis.
The solution is helping North Ayrshire to have more robust processes and use automation to reduce the time needed to complete tasks. As information is coming in real time, they are able to improve the customer journey and provide a better service to their customers.
North Ayrshire are now looking to introduce the Whitespace product set for the management of their domestic collections as well.
