Whitespace is pleased to renew its contract with Ashfield District Council.
Since 2017, Whitespace and Ashfield have been working closely to deliver reliable waste management and community maintenance services to over 56,000 households.
Using Whitespace’s solution, Ashfield manages their day-to-day operations with efficiency, providing the ability to automate many services.
Integrating the job management systems into Ashfield’s CRM, and installing Whitespace Mobile and Telematics into 130 vehicles’, allows data to flow in real-time. This has improved the customer experience and helps the council collect accurate data on their operation’s performance to inform strategic decisions.
The solution has been so successful, Ashfield expanded it to their pest control service.
