A digital form can automatically calculate the costs of the resident’s or business’s waste being dropped off at your site. You are then able to take payment outside of the mobile app and link it to a reference number or take a photo of the receipt, so you have a full audit trial.
A permit checker form can also be created, allowing operatives at the site to scan a barcode (or free type a unique reference number) and then be presented with information about that visitor eg whether they are allowed into the site and the type of waste they are permitted to tip. Once the visitor has entered the site and used their permit, it will then be redundant so if they try to enter again it will be clear to the operative they have already entered.
